I am the founder of diversitas insitute and a passionate consultant in Gender Equality and Diversity & Inclusion (D&I). I offer expertise, passion and personal commitment in all the projects I embark on.
Born in Barcelona but Londoner at heart, I am a strong believer in gender equality, diversity an inclusion.
I have a background as an independent consultant with experience in leading and delivering hands-on projects in the following areas: innovation, business strategy, business process reengineering, change management, gender equality and diversity and inclusion strategic projects with a gender perspective.
